See what my clients sayThe cheapest performance lever nobody pulls.
Every other wellbeing lever already has a budget line. Nutrition — the one that decides whether your team has anything left at 3pm — usually gets a fruit bowl in the kitchen.
We pull the lever nobody's funding, for a fraction of what the afternoon slump already costs you in lost focus.

Energy is a productivity line.
Better-fuelled teams focus longer, recover from late nights faster, and burn out less — for a fraction of the cost of replacing them.
Your senior layer is in menopause.
The most experienced people on many teams are managing a hormonal shift standard wellbeing ignores. Nutrition is one of the few levers that helps.
Evidence-led, not influencer-led.

Mix and match. Most teams take two or three.
Build the programme around your headcount and budget. Start with one, layer in the rest once you see it land.
Lunch-and-learn workshops
60–90 min · in-personSingle-topic sessions on energy, sleep, stress eating, women's health at work, smart snacking, hydration. Practical and plain-spoken — no PowerPoint death.
1:1 nutrition as a staff benefit
Per-employee · confidentialI work directly with the employees who opt in. The employer never sees what's discussed — only that the benefit is being used. Sized to your headcount.
Group nutrition challenge
4–8 weeks · team-wideAnchored on a theme — energy week, protein week, a sleep reset. Group check-ins, a friendly leaderboard, optional 1:1 follow-ups.
Energy / sleep / stress series
3-part short seriesA three-week deep-dive on a single outcome: workshop, supporting content, accountability check-ins. Good for whole-department buy-in.
From first call to outcomes review.
A clear sequence, so HR and procurement know exactly what they're signing off — with a quarterly written progress note the whole way through.

Outcomes review
Aggregate, anonymised data on the metrics we set together — plus a plain recommendation on what to repeat or scale.
We measure the team.
Never the person.
The fastest way to kill a workplace programme is to make staff feel watched. So we don't. Here's the exact line we work to.
- Energy. Self-reported energy across the working week (0–10).
- Sleep. Sleep quality and hours; recovery-week scoring.
- Focus. Self-reported focus and perceived productivity.
- Participation. Sign-up rate and retention through the programme.
- Would-recommend. A net-promoter score from participants at the end.
- Individual weight or body composition
- Anything that breaks medical confidentiality
- Anything tied to a named employee
All reporting is aggregate and anonymised. What's said in a 1:1 stays between me and the employee. Full stop.
