Nutrition support · alongside your prescriber

GLP-1 nutrition support

Medications like Ozempic, Wegovy and Mounjaro can be powerful — but the medication is only half the picture. The right nutrition protects your muscle, keeps you well-nourished on a smaller appetite, eases the side-effects, and builds the habits that hold your results when the prescription eventually tapers. I work alongside your prescribing doctor, never instead of them.

Is this you?

This is for you if…

  • You're on (or about to start) a GLP-1 medication

  • You want to lose fat without losing muscle

  • Your appetite has dropped and you're unsure you're eating well

  • Side-effects like nausea are making food hard

  • You want the results to hold when you eventually come off it

My approach

Why nutrition is the half that's up to you

These medications work mainly by reducing appetite — which is exactly why the food side matters so much. Four things we get right together.

  • Protect your muscle

Eating much less risks losing muscle along with fat. Enough protein and the right kind of movement protect the muscle that supports your metabolism and keeps you strong — so the weight you lose is the weight you want to lose.

  • Eat well on a smaller appetite

A reduced appetite makes it easy to fall short on protein and key nutrients. We make the food you do eat nutrient-dense, so less food still covers what your body actually needs.

  • Ease the side-effects

Nausea, fullness and food aversions are the most common reasons the nutrition plan slips. We pre-empt them with practical food choices, timing and texture changes — so you can still hit your targets on the harder days.

  • Build habits that outlast the taper

When people stop these medications without a foundation of habits, a good portion of the weight tends to return. We build that foundation now, while you're on the medication, so your results hold when the prescription eventually tapers.

Where I fit

I don't prescribe these medications or replace your doctor.

I provide the nutrition side, alongside your medical care. Where it helps and you consent, I'll coordinate with your prescribing doctor — so the medication side and the food side are working from the same page.

How to start

Tailored to your medication and your stage.

Because this is built around your medication, your stage and your goals, we begin with an enquiry or a free call to scope it out. A one-off Blueprint is a strong first step for a clear plan; ongoing support can be arranged from there.

Questions & answers

The things clients ask first.

The honest answers about working alongside a GLP-1 prescription. Anything else, just ask.

Ask a question
Do you prescribe Ozempic or Mounjaro?
No — I provide the nutrition support alongside your prescribing doctor. The decision to start, continue or stop the medication is theirs and yours.
Will I lose muscle on these medications?
Some lean-mass loss can happen — and newer medications are less protective of it — which is why protein and strength work matter so much. That's the core of what we do.
Why do I need nutrition help if the medication does the work?
To protect your muscle, stay properly nourished on a low appetite, manage side-effects, and build the habits that hold your results.
What happens when I stop?
Without a foundation of habits, a good portion of weight tends to return — trials show this clearly. Building that foundation while you're on the medication is exactly how we help it last.
