28-Day Gut & Blood Sugar Kickstart
A focused, four-week first step — and it credits toward the deeper programme if you go further.
See the programmeBloating, constipation and the low energy that comes with them are exhausting — and the internet's advice contradicts itself at every turn. I take a calm, root-cause approach: we find what actually triggers your symptoms and rebuild a way of eating you can live with, instead of a forever list of banned foods.

Bloating, wind and discomfort
Constipation and irregularity
IBS-type symptoms
Food intolerances and sensitivities
Diverticular disease — during and between flares
Inflammation and autoimmune conditions
The low energy that so often travels with gut issues
Structured, phased and honest — we calm your symptoms, then widen your diet back out. The opposite of a banned-food list for life.
We start by finding your triggers with a structured, phased approach — often a short, supported low-FODMAP-style elimination with careful reintroductions — rather than cutting foods out forever. From there we rebuild variety, work on the gut-brain connection (stress and sleep genuinely change how your gut behaves), and add supplements only where the evidence fits your specific picture.
One of the most common myths I unpick: if you have diverticular disease, you do not need to avoid nuts, seeds or popcorn — that advice has been studied and there's no evidence behind it. What matters is the difference between an acute flare (when a temporary low-fibre approach, guided by your doctor, gives your gut a rest) and everyday maintenance (where a gradual build to a higher-fibre diet, with plenty of fluid, helps keep things settled). We handle both, alongside your medical care.
If you're managing an autoimmune condition — such as Hashimoto's, inflammatory bowel disease or rheumatoid arthritis — nutrition can be a useful support alongside your medical team. One option I can guide you through is the Autoimmune Protocol (AIP): a structured, temporary step back from common trigger foods to help calm inflammation, followed by a careful, staged reintroduction to find what your body reacts to. I'll be honest about the evidence — early studies are promising but still small, so I'll never sell it as a cure — and because it's restrictive, we do it properly, protect your nutrient intake, and always reintroduce.
Always alongside your GP or consultant — never instead of them.
During an acute flare, your medical team comes first. The nutrition work runs alongside whatever care you and your doctor have agreed — calming symptoms, rebuilding variety, and keeping you well-nourished the whole way through.
